\nJumaat , 06\/10\/06 –<\/b>Satu sumber yang sahih mengesahan bahawa Setiausaha Negara Amerika Syarikat Condoleezza Rica merancang untuk bertemu dengan beberapa orang pemimpin Fatah termasuk Mohammed Dahlan, Faris Kaddora dan Hassan Al-Sheikh sebelum menemui Presiden Mahmoud Abbas.

\nTiga orang pemimpin ini dipercayai merupakan sebahagian daripada perancang kepada pemberontakan yang dilakukan oleh sepuluh elemen di dalam kumpulan keselamatan PA terhadap kerajaan PA sendiri. Rice dijadualkan bertemu dengan ketiga-tiga mereka di Baitul Maqdis sebelum menemui Perdana Menteri Israel Ehud Olmert dan kawan sejawatnya di Israel, Tzipi Livni.<\/p>\n

Rice mengulangi kenyataannya kepada Abbas bahawa Amerika tidak akan mengiktiraf mana-mana kerajaan Palestin yang tidak mematuhi undang-undang Quartet dan tidak mengiktiraf Israel. Sumber itu menambah bahawa ketua diplomasi Amerika akan membincangkan mengenai file dalaman penduduk Palestin dan pemberontakan terbaru Fatah terhadap kerajaan PA.<\/p>\n

Beberapa hari yang lalu, Rice telah menemui menteri-menteri luar dari lapan negara Arab iaitu, Mesir, Jordan dan 6 negara-negara Gulf dan meminta mereka meningkatkan sokongn politik serta sokongan kewangan mereka kepada Abbas dalam usaha menentang Hamas. Ini adalah salah satu usaha untuk menjatuhkan kerajaan Hamas yang telah dipilih secara demokrasi dalam pilihanraya yang lalu. Kenyataan ini turut disahkan oleh akhbar Mesir, Al-Watan. <\/p>\n

Media Hebrew turut mendedahkan bahawa Rice telah berusaha keras untuk meyakinkan Israel agar mengambil langkah \u2018kreatif\u2019 untuk menyokong Abbas dan meneguhkan kedudukan Abbas di Palestin untuk menentang Hamas. Namun, Olmert telah menolak untuk berunding dengan Abbas atau mengeluarkan 10 million dollar cukai kepada kerajaan PA yang disekat oleh Israel melainkan tentera IOF yang ditawan, Gilad Shalit dibebaskan tanpa syarat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
