Kadar import berkurangan 40% berbanding sebelum kepungan Israel.<\/p>\n<p>Import bahan untuk pembinaan semula masih lagi dikawal ketat oleh pegawai rejim Israel. Kadarnya terhad melainkan untuk projek yang dilaksanakan di bawah seliaan antarabangsa.
