Menurut Muhammad Awadh, jurucakap jawatankuasa popular menentang pembinaan tembok dan pendatang, di al-Khalil, IOF menahan bekas tahanan Ayman Hussein Zaakiq, 36, setelah menyerbu rumahnya di Beit Ummar dan menggeledahnya. Zaakiq telah dibawa ke sebuah tempat yang tidak diketahui. IOF turut memaksa para petani Palestin keluar dari tanah mereka berdekatan penempatan Karmi Tzur settlement, di mana para tentera menjalankan arahan pengusiran atas alasan keselamatan
