Isnin, 13-10-2014 – Pihak berkuasa penjajah telah membebaskan petang semalam selasa (7-10pm) seorang peguam Ahli Majlis Perundangan Palestin – bidang perubahan dan pembaikpulihan khalil “rubai” yang berada di selatan khalil di Tebing Barat.
Sumber tempatan menyatakan bahawa peguam rubai telah ditahan pada 16/7/2014. Ia juga menyebutkan bahawa pembebasan dilakukan dalam tempoh 24 jam setelah pembayaran garamah sebanyak 10 000 syekel. Beliau di tahan di penjara ‘Aufar Barat Ramallah.
